Q. Why do imported loops sound different in
GarageBand? If listened in the loop browser it sounds
right...the instrument changes.
A. No GarageBand users in the audience.
Q. I recently took some photos, but the dial on my Sony Camera slipped so I took video, which was lower quality. Can I get the quality back?
A. The resolution is lower for video, the quality is lost. Try interpolation in Photoshop, but it can't create extra detail. There is no secret magic.
Q. I'm using 10.2.8 on a 5-year old iMac, I want a new printer, but they all require 10.3 or later. Is it safe to upgrade to Leopard yet?
A. Yes, but you should Google for CUPS and look for a driver for your printer. Leopard requires a G4 867.
Q. I found recently, if I sleep my computer, it often turns off computer. Is this a warning on something going wrong?
A. Try different USB peripherals.
Q. I just built a website through iWeb. How do I make Google find my website.
A. Get a Google account and look for webmaster tools. Remember to submit your site to Google, it won't show up immediately.

A. iDictate is reportedly much better.
